I consistently have the most wonderful time here, Jess is an exceptional stylist! The other ladies in the salon are always so welcoming, and I just can't get enough of this place! I highly recommend it to everyone! ❤️
I wasn't greeted upon entering the salon, I felt ignored and lingered at the reception for quite a while before anyone acknowledged me. Eventually, I was informed that they couldn't accommodate me (even though I had called the day before and was told they could). This was my second attempt at a walk-in appointment with no success at all. They claim to accept walk-ins, but it seems that's not the case.
I absolutely adored every aspect of my visit here! I phoned on a Friday and they squeezed me in the following day for a fresh style and color for an upcoming job meeting. Brianna worked her magic and brought my idea to life. It's usually tough for me to find a salon I'd endorse or revisit, but I'll definitely be back at Lola salon! The entire team was incredibly warm and hospitable. The pricing was quite fair, especially for the top-notch service. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
