What a neat and tidy spot! I didn't chat with everyone there, but the folks I did talk to were incredibly friendly and helped me feel at ease. I initially visited to check if I had the right anatomy for an industrial or eyebrow piercing, and one of the piercers, Alex, confirmed I was suitable for both! The process to book the appointment was quick and simple. I got my industrial piercing done, paid, and left feeling happy and excited! I have two facial piercings, and this was my first time going to a professional. I definitely plan to return. Thank you!

My sibling received ear and septum piercings for her birthday a few months back, and I recently went to get my own piercings, and I couldn't be happier! Alex was fantastic and made the short experience relaxing, especially since I was very nervous for my first professional piercing. He was kind and considerate when piercing my sibling as well. A couple of years back, I had an industrial piercing done, but the place I went to made a mistake, and it had to be removed. I decided to have it re-done. I've had tattoos from Color Theory, and they are fantastic, with amazing staff. So, I opted to go to Color Theory for my piercing. I met Austin, who specializes in piercings. He was fantastic, very informative, and cared about ensuring I had the right jewelry for my industrial piercing. He suggested a longer bar to allow for swelling, rather than using a short bar. During the piercing process, he explained everything clearly, making it smooth, easy, and relatively painless. He works quickly but accurately. Excellent customer service and great at keeping the customer informed throughout. After the piercing, he ensures the customer knows the best aftercare practices for proper healing. I highly recommend Color Theory for tattoos and specifically recommend Austin for piercings. The establishment and staff are beyond amazing! I will definitely return for any future tattoos or piercings.
