Overall experience was satisfactory. The reason for my 3-star rating is due to the hairstylist causing discomfort to my scalp with their long nails. I opted for root touch-up and a shade of A6 to tone down my existing A10 orange hair. Despite the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. The outcome on my hair was good, but my scalp suffered. For over a dozen years, I have entrusted my hair care to this establishment. The staff is truly wonderful. My haircut routine includes wetting my hair, the actual cutting process, and a final rinse, all completed in a swift 14 minutes. The service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
