I visited on a Tuesday to get my nails done before a trip for a funeral. Upon arrival, the place was empty, only to be informed they were exclusively offering pedicures that day. Disappointing. Had to go elsewhere for my nails. Later, tried to schedule a fill online, only for my confirmed reservation to be REJECTED and given to someone else?? What’s the point of a booking system if reservations get declined? If the slot was taken, it shouldn’t have been open. Not a good business approach tbh..
