For approximately 2 years now, I have been a loyal patron and I must admit, I always feel embraced and leave with stellar results. However, not every team member excels at waxing; some lack the finesse required, while others shine. Hence, I believe only select employees should handle Brazilian waxing. Yet, the staff is unfailingly sweet and courteous, the ambiance is pristine. Sherri and Sarah truly stand out as exceptional professionals.
I explicitly emphasized my desire for thick eyebrows before the threading commenced, stressing my aversion to thinning them out. Mid-threading, I sensed an excessive removal of hair and voiced my concerns. Despite my reservations, I allowed her to complete the task. Alas, my once lush brows are now alarmingly thin and mismatched. They lack the clean, defined edge I requested, appearing jagged. I now sport sparse, patchy brows due to the technician's disregard for my wishes. Regrettably, I shall not return to this establishment for any services.
I have frequented Arch4u since 2019 and they have consistently met my expectations!! This place holds a special spot in my heart. Recently, I ventured into brow lamination for the first time and folks, I am absolutely smitten. Initially, I harbored some nerves, but the ladies there exude such warmth, I knew I was in capable hands!! These photos were taken 24 hours post my lamination and I am already counting down the days until my return in 6 weeks! Sarah truly excels at what she does!
