Getting through on the phone is a real challenge, and callbacks are hit or miss. It's frustrating because I truly enjoy the services offered here. When I walk in to schedule an appointment, I sometimes feel like an inconvenience. Most of the time, it's not even the person who will be working on my hair. Despite this, I believe the services are worth the money. I've always had great experiences with nails and hair, but making an appointment can be a hassle with some of the staff at the front desk.
My haircut by Morgan was fantastic, and now I've had my nails done by Casey. I always enjoy coming here, and I'm excited to try more of their services in the future!
Alyssa is absolutely fantastic, both as a person and in her work. She did my microblading, and I can't express how youthful and beautiful I feel now. 😍 My eyebrows look completely natural, as if I never lost them. There was no awkwardness; it felt like an old friend was taking care of me. Thank you so much for restoring my confidence, girl.
