The establishment is pleasant and the employees are welcoming, however the individual who attended to me seemed inexperienced, resulting in my nails appearing uneven and misshapen despite my attempts to provide feedback.
Furthermore, the service took an excessive two hours to complete.
Ultimately, all I desired was to leave the premises.
