I was extremely pleased with my manicure! The service was exceptional, and the receptionist was incredibly kind. This nail spa is one of the cleanest I've been to. I am excited to return!

The quality of service here has been on a decline. I made an appointment by phone on a Wednesday for a Sunday at 4 pm. Upon arriving, I was informed there was no record of my appointment. No effort was made to rectify the situation, and I am leaving town tomorrow. During my previous visit, I waited for 40 minutes. This level of service is unacceptable to me. I will search for another local salon.
