I was in Milan on a weekend escape and urgently required my nails tended to...AVOID THIS PLACE! The ratings were high so i visited...uneven, streaky, and chunky...the most terrible. Now i must pay again for them to be redone. This establishment caters to cantankerous expatriates (very impolite patrons in the salon) who clearly cannot discern the caliber of service they are receiving.
Every visit to Lovely Nails is a delight. My manicures endure for a minimum of seven days and the pedicure is unparalleled.
Exceptional service. Spotless and exceptionally welcoming ambiance. Maria was incredibly kind and gentle with her pedicure and manicure on my 88-year-old grandmother. Heather was also delightful and engaging, She provided me with an excellent mani-pedi too.
