New review 12/20 I have gained a newfound appreciation for this place. While it could benefit from a thorough cleaning, the addition of new shelving and a slightly revised floor plan are definite improvements.
I deeply value my team members and make it a point to provide feedback through surveys regularly. However, I recently discovered that only one survey per two weeks is accepted from the same IP address. Consequently, my ten surveys over the past fortnight only count as one. As a frequent shopper at Dollar General, I am quite disappointed by this policy. If you are submitting surveys more frequently, it means the employees may not be receiving due credit. It might be best to reconsider the survey process as it seems to be rather ineffective.
This establishment seems precariously perched on the edge of a hill, metaphorically speaking. It is in dire need of a deep cleaning and some maintenance work to address the lingering stains from the past. The pricing is reasonable, considering the circumstances, but it would be wise to manage the influx of customers during peak hours. If a new grocery store opens in the village of Ramsey, I hope the Original Grocer doesn't get left behind. Thank you in advance.
