The owner of this establishment is extremely unpleasant and lacks professionalism. I am baffled by the 4.5-star rating, she must have had relatives boost it because her conduct does not merit it. While I was selecting a color, she abruptly grabbed it from my hand and slammed it on the table. There was another customer getting a manicure, and she glared at her while reprimanding her for potentially damaging her nails. AVOID THIS PLACE. Look elsewhere for nail services.

Gail is exceptional! Her work is top-notch! I regularly get eyelash extensions every other week, and they maintain their stunning appearance even as time passes 🙂 Additionally, I indulge in facials and dermaplaning to keep my skin velvety smooth...if you haven't tried it, you absolutely must! This establishment lacks basic customer service. The owner prioritizes money over courtesy, displaying rudeness and impatience. They demanded an elderly woman to pay $30 upfront before receiving any services, showing a lack of compassion. When I inquired about pricing and looked at color samples, I was met with unnecessary attitude. In the end, poor service equals no tip, as gratuity should reflect quality service. Their loss, not mine.
