The owner of this establishment is extremely unpleasant and lacks professionalism. I am baffled by the 4.5-star rating, she must have had relatives boost it because her conduct does not merit it. While I was selecting a color, she abruptly grabbed it from my hand and slammed it on the table. There was another customer getting a manicure, and she glared at her while reprimanding her for potentially damaging her nails. AVOID THIS PLACE. Look elsewhere for nail services.
I was not pleased with the Nail Technician who was constantly talking on her Bluetooth earpiece in a different language throughout my appointment. Her focus was divided, resulting in unsatisfactory nail shaping, length, and painting. My nails ended up looking rushed and as if I had applied press-on nails hastily, and I felt completely ignored during the entire process.
Michelle is absolutely amazing! My dad and I have been loyal customers for years, and she never fails to impress. She is incredibly kind and her work is top-notch!
