It was my first time at Skinologie, and my experience was outstanding! Lisa's massage was so relaxing that I felt like I was melting. Emily gave me the best facial I've ever had! I left glowing and already planning my next visit!
I appreciate all that Skinologie has to offer! It’s a fantastic environment and they make you feel right at home. My only suggestion after a few visits is that I wish they’d assist in creating a more personalized skin care plan during facials. The first time I went, I was eager to learn more about my skin and get suitable products, but the esthetician seemed unsure about the questions I had. In my subsequent visits with Lauren (the owner), she did an excellent job! I felt like she grasped what I was looking for, but still, I desired a consistent person who could guide me through a new skin care routine and provide ongoing support to achieve results. It always felt a bit disorganized at the end when I asked for product recommendations and future steps to address my skin concerns. Maybe my expectations were too high as a newcomer to facials. It could just be me, but I wanted to share my feedback. Nonetheless, I would definitely return with adjusted expectations for a facial and other services.
My first visit to Skinologie was exceptional and I will definitely be returning. For Mother's Day, my kids got me an online gift certificate. I opted for a pamper package with a facial and scalp therapy massage. Upon arrival, I met Cameron. She was welcoming, informative, and asked if I had any questions. I didn't and was eager to begin. It turned out to be the best experience I've had. Cameron explained each step, checked on my comfort, and created a relaxing atmosphere. We didn't talk much, but I was so relaxed that I struggled to stay awake! The music was perfect, the scalp therapy massage was heavenly, and the facial felt so good that I wished I could do it every week! I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try and specifically recommend Cameron. Thank you for making me feel fantastic!
