I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The technician was more interested in her phone than doing my nails properly. The results were uneven and nothing like what I had asked for. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, I was told to wait another hour for them to be fixed. It's not worth the cheap prices if the service is this poor.
The customer service here is appalling. I waited for nearly two hours just for a pedicure, and the staff didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. It feels like they prioritize serving a certain group of people over others. If they only want to cater to one demographic, they should be transparent about it. Despite one technician doing good work, the overall experience leaves much to be desired.
Star nails has been my go-to for years, but lately, the quality has been lacking. The new nails don't cover the old ones properly, and it's disappointing. I used to praise them, but now I'm considering finding a new place for my nail care needs. It's frustrating when they don't prioritize quality anymore and don't even answer the phone when you try to reach out.
