I always make an effort to refrain from leaving negative feedback on businesses because I understand the challenges of running one, but this establishment is unhygienic 🤢. I observed him using the same stick throughout the entire Brazilian waxing session. The stick was covered in hair and he dipped it back into the wax. Towards the end of the appointment, I noticed him sealing the wax can to reuse it on the next client. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received here.
The owner is so welcoming and kind! He has a great talent for shaping brows and even adjusted mine perfectly without any prompt! Exceptional and spotless service. Will definitely recommend to others.
My preferred place for eyebrow threading for the past year since I relocated to Valley Stream. It's recommended to book an appointment to ensure availability for your desired time, but I believe they also accept walk-ins. I've been attended to by two individuals here and they are both efficient and excellent. I walk out with beautifully shaped brows in just 15 minutes for $10. What more could I want. They now offer a loyalty program where after 10 eyebrow threading sessions, you get one free which is a nice perk!
