I've been going to Tessa for haircuts for a while now, and she never disappoints. She is incredibly skilled and always friendly. I highly recommend Tessa. If she's busy, it's worth the wait. Sometimes the salon is crowded, so it's best to check in online.
Yesterday, 7/27, I took my grandson for a haircut. It was his 2nd appointment at this salon. He asked for a specific style he saw online. The stylist assured him she knew the style, but she did not. He ended up with the worst haircut ever - uneven and choppy. To top it off, SHE CUT PART OF HIS EYEBROW OFF! We didn't notice until later, or I would have taken him back. He was very upset, and I am shocked that she cut his eyebrow.
