10/18/22 nail appointment yielded dissimilar results from the reference image. Requested a redo on 10/19/22, with improved outcome. However, by 10pm, three nails lost gel polish. Refund request on 10/20/22 led to unprofessional conduct and refusal. Decision made to not revisit.
Work-induced nail split was promptly fixed, with minor discomfort. Great service throughout, immediate relief post-repair, and exceptional nail work. Politeness abounds.
The initial nail session left much to be desired - lumpy and lifting. Upon return for a fix, there was improvement, yet not optimal. First photo post-first session, second post-repair.
