Hair Care in Valley Center Kansas

Terrible experience! We arrived right at opening time. There was only one technician. The salon was not prepared to open. No hot towels or stones were ready for our pedicures, so they were lukewarm for my son's pedicure. The second technician heated those items up when she finally arrived after we had been there for an hour and a half. The staff behaved unprofessionally. One mentioned how she was there to revamp and reorganize the salon due to its disorganization. They gossiped about other staff members. They boasted about cleanliness when it was the dirtiest nail salon I've ever visited. I did appreciate how thin my fingernails turned out, but the white French manicure is already chipping after just 2 days. My son and I spent a total of 3.5 hours there for pedicures and manicures. The way they handled incoming clients when they couldn't serve them promptly was disgraceful. AND it cost $300!!! I've never been charged that much for the two of us. I was taken aback and eager to leave, so I paid. I wish I had spoken up at the time.
