The salon truly grasps my requirements even when I am unsure. I have had my hair dyed, my eyelashes permed. One day, I decided to exfoliate my face by scrubbing it with a magic eraser. When I went to the salon to get my hair colored, my face was burning red, I mean it was on fire. One of the ladies guided me to the wash station and placed a cool towel over my face. She didn't charge me and I felt guilty, trying to get up. However, she insisted I relax and assured me it would help. It was all complimentary, and I was immensely grateful. After an hour, the burning finally subsided, and my face was no longer red. She was incredibly helpful and kind, and I simply adore this place. Everyone there is always so supportive and kind.
