The salon truly grasps my requirements even when I am unsure. I have had my hair dyed, my eyelashes permed. One day, I decided to exfoliate my face by scrubbing it with a magic eraser. When I went to the salon to get my hair colored, my face was burning red, I mean it was on fire. One of the ladies guided me to the wash station and placed a cool towel over my face. She didn't charge me and I felt guilty, trying to get up. However, she insisted I relax and assured me it would help. It was all complimentary, and I was immensely grateful. After an hour, the burning finally subsided, and my face was no longer red. She was incredibly helpful and kind, and I simply adore this place. Everyone there is always so supportive and kind.
Sarah and her team are extremely welcoming. They never rush you out the door. Sarah paid meticulous attention to detail in crafting the most stunning hairstyle for my face. She is fantastic at listening, and if you suggest something that she believes won't work well with your hair, she will propose the best alternative. I travel here from Santa Clara to have my hair done. I receive a fantastic cut, color, and highlights for a much lower price than in Santa Clara. This time, I got a Brazilian Blowout for half the price compared to Santa Clara. I adore Sense Salon!
I was hesitant to schedule an appointment due to the location, BUT I finally made the call. I can't express enough positive things, but here are a few. Managed to get an appointment the same week, TWO lovely individuals working on my hair SIMULTANEOUSLY, my color has been flawless every time. Finally decided to get the Brazilian blowout, and I absolutely LOVE IT!! Sarah and Emma are my go-to girls!! Thank you for enhancing my beauty.
