I find it highly unprofessional for a business to consistently close early and only notify customers through their Instagram account. Not everyone uses Instagram, and some rely on web browsers to check if a store is open or closed. It's incredibly inconvenient to drive nearly an hour only to find out that the staff here are unreliable when it comes to their operating hours.
Absolutely adore this establishment! Crystal is exceptional. She goes above and beyond to assist her clients, even if it means staying a bit past closing time for a last-minute order pickup. Her assistance is invaluable, and she truly excels at making customers feel valued. I will certainly be frequenting Obsessed Beauty more often!
I purchased a custom-made Starbucks tumbler as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, the item arrived late and to make matters worse, the lid didn't fit properly. When I reached out to the company, they refused to accept a return or fix the lid, stating that since it was a Starbucks cup, I should just go to Starbucks to get a new lid. This is completely unacceptable, especially since I'm not even in the US, and it was a gift. The customer service was extremely poor. I would advise against ordering anything from this place.
