My initial visit exceeded my expectations! I was promptly greeted upon arrival, even without an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon. Dustin provided an excellent pedicure, catering to my preferences and needs attentively. While the gel polish application was flawless, my only suggestion would be to use two hot towels for each leg during the massage to prevent discomfort due to coldness. I look forward to returning for future visits. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Honestly, I'm floored by what transpired at this establishment. Prior to my visit, I perused the reviews and made a call to inquire about availability for a soak off and a new acrylic set. Upon arrival, the lack of clientele should have raised a red flag. They presented me with a color book containing only three small books for selection, despite an extensive color wall. The staff struggled to locate a specific color I desired. After seating me, they fetched a technician who proceeded to work on my nails without soaking them off. The process involved cutting the tips and then applying a fake plastic nail extension underneath the existing acrylic, resulting in an unsanitary and concerning experience. The technician wore only one glove, cut my cuticles excessively causing bleeding, and used visibly dirty tools. The application of new nails was subpar, with the products lacking identifiable labels and questionable monomer content. The filing process left my nails uneven and bumpy, while reused tools were evident. The design application was unhygienic, using inappropriate tools and a questionable workspace. The service concluded with an unclear pricing structure and a sense of disappointment and apprehension about potential nail damage and infection.
I visited this establishment for the first time as I was dissatisfied with my previous salon, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. Although I cannot recall the name of the nail technician, their attention to detail and skill set them apart as the best I have encountered. The cleanliness of the salon and the welcoming demeanor of the staff added to the positive experience.
