I just enrolled at Tokyo Institute of Cosmo for Advanced Cosmetology. I’m more than excited to start my journey as a beautician!! I’m also 30yo and was anxious to go back to school. Miss Akari and Yui did an excellent job signing me up. They helped me with my High School Diploma to get it evaluated because I’m Japanese. I also attended Open House day recently, and it was fantastic! So happy to discover this place, Teachers showed us the entire campus, which is so clean, with a great atmosphere and updated facilities, machines, etc. It's a large place with so many different specialties. I'm super thrilled to learn from such a fantastic woman.
Sasha & Kira! I had the most amazing experience getting highlights in my hair with these two incredible women! I highly recommend Tokyo the ladies & the instructor were so knowledgeable!! I am extremely pleased with the outcome & also the relaxed environment! I truly had a fantastic experience here and will definitely return!!! The ladies were very kind, welcoming, caring, and loving, not hesitant to ask questions and took their time. I could go on and on!! More than 5 stars for me!!! Absolutely stunning results!!!
As an older individual, feeling apprehensive about a career change due to illness, it was challenging to summon the courage to attend barber class. Not knowing anyone, my teacher Hiro talked me through what was happening as a few students were practicing. By the second day, it already felt like home, and his teaching style is well-suited for all students. Days later, I met Miss Asuka, and from that moment on, I was no longer reserved. Having a rough day? Feeling down? Lacking confidence? She will be THE ONE to ensure you're out of that funk. Miss Asuka goes above and beyond to ensure you are in the best mental state to learn. Her unique style from a cosmetology background helps bridge gaps for us older barbers. This team of teachers has made this experience even better than I could have imagined. Their combined energy provides every student with the best chance to learn, and both teachers surpass expectations for their students' well-being. Everything about being here has been wonderful, but these two make you eager to sign up for another course. I feel blessed to be experiencing this moment here and now, with them on my life's journey.
