I've visited this place multiple times before, but the last two visits were disappointing. The staff is friendly, but I'm not satisfied with how my nails turned out. I paid $35 and the results are not what I expected. When I mentioned my concerns to the lady, she just said they would do a better job next time and commented on my short nails. I simply wanted a squared shape, but each nail ended up different. The dip powder service made my nails thick, rounded, and bulging, giving them a "nubby" appearance. The dip powder also didn't fully cover my nails. They used to do well with acrylics, but not with natural nails. I even posted a picture of my nails on the third day.
Today marked my first visit to this salon. I had an appointment for a pedicure. Upon arrival, there were no other customers present, just two ladies and one gentleman. The gentleman was fast asleep in a pedicure chair and had to be woken up. It turned out he was the one assigned to do my pedicure. The experience was mediocre, and the salon appeared unclean. I won't be returning.
