To be honest, I have tried several nail salons in Vacaville for my pedicures, and they always seem to struggle with precision. As soon as I sat down, the technician appeared rushed. I had to request a service menu, and the entire experience felt hurried. In the past, a different salon accidentally nicked my big toe, and this time, the technician cut the sides of my toes unnecessarily. One of my toes bled continuously because he attempted to trim a "hangnail," despite my toes not typically having them. Only my two big toes have ingrown nails, and I believe he trimmed them too aggressively as they are now red and tender. I woke up in pain this morning and had to disinfect the area. Rushing through services only leads to mistakes and subpar results. I will not be returning to this salon.
I visited this establishment to have my acrylic nails removed. The individual who attended to me proceeded to remove the acrylics using an acrylic tip. Unfortunately, on the second nail, she accidentally pried my actual nail. I instinctively pulled my hand back, but she then brought out the drill. She repeatedly cut around my nail bed, causing discomfort. The most concerning part was when she excessively sanded down my natural nails, making them translucent. It has been nearly three weeks since the removal, yet my nails remain fragile and prone to tearing. I've had to apply numerous layers of clear polish to protect them. Despite the experience, I still paid and tipped her $5, although I now regret doing so. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment.
I absolutely adore Hello Nail!! I have been a loyal customer for years, and they never fail to impress. The service is fast, the results are beautiful and hygienic, and the technicians are top-notch. I highly recommend Hannah for her exceptional acrylic work.
