I phoned for rates but the man couldn't hear me, abruptly hung up. Upon calling back, no answer. Went in person, waited a while. Understandably, customer service is key. Yet, insinuating I can't afford it, giving me dirty looks, not appreciated. Finding a good stylist for curly hair in this small town is tough.
