Usually get nails done here, but a recent terrible experience prompts us to find a new salon. Dealt with a ranting technician who made us uncomfortable, hit my mom's feet in frustration, crooked toenail cuts, polish chipped in a day. I phoned for rates but the man couldn't hear me, abruptly hung up. Upon calling back, no answer. Went in person, waited a while. Understandably, customer service is key. Yet, insinuating I can't afford it, giving me dirty looks, not appreciated. Finding a good stylist for curly hair in this small town is tough.

I wish there was a 0 star option. This was by far the WORST pedicure of my entire life. The woman who did it rushed through the service. She didn't clean under my nails, she didn't do my cuticles, no scrub. It was basically just a paint job which was also HORRIBLE. She made all my nails so short and unevenly filed. I was charged $45 when there was signs saying it was $40 for a regular gel pedi. When I complained no money was taken off the price and all I was offered was to come back again or a gift certificate which why would I accept that when I had a bad experience. This place will NEVER be seeing me again. I regret to say this, but... Despite the friendly service, the hairstylists lacked the skill to achieve the grunge, layered cut my daughter requested. Additionally, the final style did not match the feathered 70's look I had shown in a video. I would have preferred honesty and a referral to another stylist. Now, my twelve-year-old is struggling to fix her hair. It feels like a waste of time and money. Transparency would have been appreciated. P.S. Today, Sally was my nail technician, and she did an outstanding job, as always! Since I started frequenting Beauty Nails, I have refused to go anywhere else for my nail care. The prices are unbeatable and well worth the quality of service. I even brought one of my elderly clients with dementia, and they were incredibly accommodating. For a fill, two polishes, replacing a broken nail, and a length reduction, the total cost was $45 without tip. I've been a patron of 'Soothing Touch laser' since February 2019, and I've been captivated ever since! Enchanted by the hair removal sessions and captivated by the top-notch service. Opting for permanent hair removal has been a desire of mine since my teenage years. When I had my initial appointment, it felt like a dream actualized. These sessions have been transformative and a true gift. Beyond the laser treatments, the proprietor and team are professional, warm, and well-informed in every aspect. I've mostly had Nancy (The proprietor) conduct my treatments. She ensures your ease and addresses any queries or worries you may have. She's a delight to interact with! Melissa has also performed some of my treatments in recent years, and she, too, ensures your comfort during sessions. She's highly knowledgeable and provides assistance with any questions or concerns.
