I've frequented this nail salon for 2 years and have never had a negative experience. The team is exceptionally courteous and skilled. They take their time to ensure your manicure is flawless and that you're satisfied with the results. I've always been confident in the salon's cleanliness standards, even pre-COVID, and that remains true now. I can't praise this salon enough. I've never had to endure long waits for my nails to be done, but on the rare occasions I did, the staff's friendliness made it bearable. The prices are unbeatable in the area for any service, including dip manicures which are usually overpriced elsewhere. I've been getting my eyebrows waxed here for years and wouldn't trust anyone but Lucy to do them; she always does an outstanding job at shaping them exactly as you want. I'm grateful for the staff's willingness to stay late to finish my manicure. My manicures last over 3 weeks when needed. I highly recommend this salon!

I had gel acrylic tips done, spending $105, but two nails fell off on the first day and the rest followed three days later. It was truly shocking and a complete waste of money. I used to be a regular customer, but since the price increase, the quality of their nail work has declined. No one should pay $105 for nails that don't last more than 48 hours; I strongly suggest trying another salon.

Impromptu visit. The staff was welcoming and did a great job tidying my nails, helping me choose a nice color for my short nails. $28 for a gel manicure, which also included a shoulder massage.
