Extremely well-informed team!! Plus, a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We walked in and a pleasant woman greeted us, providing pricing details and mentioning a short wait until the gentleman finished a tattoo and could assist us. About 10 minutes later, the man welcomed us with great energy, giving off a sense of familiarity. He discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the dermal my girlfriend wanted on her face. Then, he reviewed the jewelry choices and ensured a swift and painless experience. Will definitely return and highly recommend.
Brian is absolutely fantastic. I've been going to him for over 5 years now, and he's the only one I trust with my tattoos and piercings! I even travel to Alton now that he's relocated. The environment is always inviting and somehow manages to make you feel at ease, whether through conversation, music, or jokes.
Brian is as cool as can be, he made me feel completely at ease and the experience was top-notch. It was also affordable.
