This is my go-to nail salon; the staff is incredibly friendly, and the nail quality is top-notch! Winnie is exceptional, and the entire team is fantastic. I never visit any other place. It's truly a world-class service.
This establishment generally offers good customer service. They warmly welcome you at the entrance and engage in light conversation. However, I was dissatisfied with the outcome of my nails. The technician, Loan, who began working on my acrylics, was friendly and attentive to my requests. Unfortunately, he switched to assist the next client. The lady who filed and polished my nails did not do a satisfactory job. I did not catch her name, but she was wearing a white coat with the words USA NAIL embroidered on it. When I expressed concern about the thick nail polish potentially causing lumpiness, she attributed it to uneven nails. Despite my doubts, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Interestingly, a woman receiving a pedicure behind me remarked to the technician that her nails appeared lumpy and bubbly, expressing reluctance to complain about the poor quality. When I inquired about it, she confirmed my observations. I paid $28, with an additional $2 for nail shaping and a $1 debit fee. I will continue my search for better quality work at a similar price point. Thank you!
