I gotta admit, I was really hesitant because if anyone saw how they left me, I would be in tears. So I made an appointment for Saturday at 11:10 and got Madison. I'm not sure if. She knew because I saw people with the name Zoey and others were recommended but they weren't available that day anyway ... I had Madison and I showed her the hair inspiration I wanted, which was a scene cut with side bangs. To be honest, she seemed hesitant at first and I wondered if maybe that should have been a sign of something. Overall, she was nice but when I got the cut, I ended up with more of a straight side bang look that I had to tell her a few times that I honestly did not like. It ended up shortening my bangs a lot, so we had to settle for a middle part and my ends just looked like they were chopped with no texture or volume whatsoever. Originally, the cut was $85, but she gave me a discount, dropping it to $75, which was quite disappointing. I honestly regret not possibly asking for a refund if it was possible because now the sight of my hair makes me want to cry, don't mind my bare face lol.
I haven't had my hair cut and styled by anyone new in a long time. Decided to just go for it and make an appointment with any stylist that had an opening. Jordan was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She was very nice and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I could tell by how she was cutting my hair that it was going to be a great cut. Considering I had all kinds of ideas about how I wanted my hair, I would say she totally listened to all my interests and totally nailed it. Will definitely return to Jordan.
My visit was absolutely fantastic and the staff was exceptional. Thank you to Taylor? I apologize for not getting the correct spelling of your name. They made the experience incredibly comfortable and I felt like a new person after the haircut. I will definitely be coming back and recommending!
