I inquired in detail about a curl expert before my visit. I was assured of a knowledgeable stylist but was left disappointed. Despite a pleasant atmosphere, the stylist lacked understanding of my hair needs. The recommended products caused further damage. The follow-up visit was met with argument instead of acknowledgment of the issue. I was charged to fix their mistake and asked for a tip. Avoid this place if you have curly or problematic hair.
