Penny did the makeup for me and two other friends for a party with a 70's and 80's theme celebrating my completion of cancer treatment. She consulted with me extensively before she came to make sure she knew what I wanted, and then did an incredible job! The makeup was perfect and I enjoyed every minute of the experience.
