I adore my hair every time I leave this place. The service is top-notch, and the prices are fair. A solid 10/10 experience every visit.
No one speaks English there, so I brought a clear picture of what I wanted. However, the lady did her own thing, charged me more, and gossiped about me while doing my nails. When I raised my concerns to the store owner, she dismissed me and didn't try to resolve the issue. Poor customer service if you're not fluent in Spanish.
My go-to spot! Anna always nails my wash, set, and keratin treatments ❤️❤️ I even treated myself to a mani-pedi. The pedicure was a bit awkwardly positioned, but the results were fantastic and long-lasting :-)
