My first two visits were satisfactory, the customer service was decent, and the establishment was pleasant.
However, my latest visit was disappointing. The technicians lacked attention to detail, resulting in an unsatisfactory finished product for the price paid. Despite arriving and checking in before another patron, we were both asked to wait. To my surprise, the other patron was seated and attended to before me, even though he arrived after. Another technician then directed me to the pedicure chair, where I waited an additional ten minutes before the original technician started my soak, neglecting the patron who arrived later.
The technician assigned to me seemed inexperienced and in need of more guidance. My pedicure was incomplete, over-trimmed, lacked a massage, had a crooked French tip design with rhinestones, and the polish was overly thick with multiple layers. The next day, I returned for my nails and a simpler pedicure design. Although the technician was accommodating, I received unevenly placed nail tips, a lumpy dip application, and a messy square shape. The pedicure polish was also unevenly applied. I was charged $27 for the pedicure revision and $60 for the sloppy dip set, totaling $167.
While the customer service wasn't the worst, the technicians seemed inattentive. I may have to seek out the skilled technicians, but I am hesitant to spend more money here to find out. I had set up an appointment on Saturday for 3:00pm but got caught up and missed it. I phoned to reschedule for the same day at 5:30. I arrived early, around 4:30, and was told to return the next day, despite having an appointment. After leaving, I called the person I initially spoke to and was told to come in at 5:30. When I returned at 5:30, the atmosphere felt very negative. I sat waiting for assistance, but a woman informed an employee that they couldn't serve me, even though I had an appointment.
