My first two visits were satisfactory, the customer service was decent, and the establishment was pleasant. However, my latest visit was disappointing. The technicians lacked attention to detail, resulting in an unsatisfactory finished product for the price paid. Despite arriving and checking in before another patron, we were both asked to wait. To my surprise, the other patron was seated and attended to before me, even though he arrived after. Another technician then directed me to the pedicure chair, where I waited an additional ten minutes before the original technician started my soak, neglecting the patron who arrived later. The technician assigned to me seemed inexperienced and in need of more guidance. My pedicure was incomplete, over-trimmed, lacked a massage, had a crooked French tip design with rhinestones, and the polish was overly thick with multiple layers. The next day, I returned for my nails and a simpler pedicure design. Although the technician was accommodating, I received unevenly placed nail tips, a lumpy dip application, and a messy square shape. The pedicure polish was also unevenly applied. I was charged $27 for the pedicure revision and $60 for the sloppy dip set, totaling $167. While the customer service wasn't the worst, the technicians seemed inattentive. I may have to seek out the skilled technicians, but I am hesitant to spend more money here to find out. It's advisable to seek recommendations before visiting.
I urgently called for a pedicure and was instructed to arrive within 20 minutes. I rushed there, was warmly welcomed, and seated in a massage chair that worked wonders. Ms. Helen then skillfully worked on my pedicure, impressing me so much that I decided to also have my eyebrows done. Despite my initial apprehension due to my thin eyebrows, Ms. Helen did an exceptional job once again. I am grateful for divine guidance in leading me to such a wonderful experience.
Sophia displayed exceptional attention to detail and precision during my pedicure session. Despite not being a regular pedicure customer, Sophia made my feet look and feel amazing. I am definitely planning to return more frequently for this excellent service.
