I had set up an appointment on Saturday for 3:00pm but got caught up and missed it. I phoned to reschedule for the same day at 5:30. I arrived early, around 4:30, and was told to return the next day, despite having an appointment. After leaving, I called the person I initially spoke to and was told to come in at 5:30. When I returned at 5:30, the atmosphere felt very negative. I sat waiting for assistance, but a woman informed an employee that they couldn't serve me, even though I had an appointment. I don't recommend this place if you're black and gay, as my experience was terrible.
The service I got from the owner and his spouse was exceptional. This spot is straightforward, and I'm content with that. My manicure stayed flawless during my travels, which I truly appreciated.
