A truly amazing experience! I received my very first tattoo from this establishment today. My artist, Alex, was outstanding. They were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a tattoo, and I will definitely return here in the future for my next tattoo.
I had my nose pierced at this place. They were incredibly attentive and professional. They made sure I understood how to properly care for it and when I could change it. They seem to have a lot of customers, especially for tattoos. I inquired about a unique tattoo and they provided me with a list of five recommended artists. They also have recommended cosmetic artists.
Exceptional customer service from the person at the reception desk, and a big thank you to Taylor for being patient and kind while explaining each step of the nose piercing process to my 14-year-old and allowing me to be present to keep her calm and record the experience. I had researched several shops before choosing to come here, and the website helped me prepare with the necessary IDs, birth certificates, and notarized documents for my minors. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because my 17-year-old was disappointed to learn that tattoos on the neck or hand are not done for minors. It would be helpful to disclose this information upfront on the website.
