This establishment is extraordinary! I have frequented their premises and acquired highly-priced instruments, very affordable items, as well as everything in between. They consistently treat me with the same level of professionalism, irrespective of the item's price. They possess profound knowledge and ensure your satisfaction before you leave. I cannot recommend them enough!
I have acquired two violins from this establishment. "Ordered via telephone" They conducted a setup according to my specific request but requested me to call back with payment information to allow their skilled craftsman to ensure the violin was flawless. Inspected the controls, checked for any protruding frets and/or elevated frets. If any issues are discovered, the violin is returned to the manufacturer. I purchased a Revstar Standard and a bass. My REVSTAR is the sole violin I own that hasn't been plekd. The FRETWORK was impeccable and so was the setup. Their craftsman is preparing to perform a refret on my USA Schecter PT Custom. Stainless Steel FRETWORK. He's exceptionally skilled. The USA PT Custom underwent inspection at one of those 55-point evaluation centers. lol 😂.
