The store has a great selection of items, but it desperately needs to be made wheelchair and stroller accessible! It's nearly impossible to navigate the store, let alone accommodate a stroller or wheelchair. Today, we witnessed a young girl who couldn't enter because her wheelchair would bump into everything. It's truly disheartening.
Wonderful experience at the claires store! My nose was pierced by the skilled piercer Kiera, who was incredibly meticulous and kept my nose clean throughout the process. Will definitely return.
Extremely unprofessional staff who engaged in a public argument with customers regarding the safety of nose piercings, unrelated to their job. This store should not offer nose piercings with a piercing gun at all. The employees seem to believe that minimal piercing training qualifies them to use a gun for nose piercings. Any place that offers gun piercings for noses should be avoided. The force from the gun can cause harm and increase the risk of infections.
