**Took my child for their first tattoo, a gift for their 18th birthday, everyone was extremely professional, helpful, and very kind from the moment I scheduled the appointment to meeting the artist Pete and getting the work done efficiently in a pleasant setting. A bit on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.**
**Prior to my visit, I phoned the studio to inquire about walk-ins and closing times, informing the lady who answered about our intentions. Additionally, my sister contacted the studio and spoke to a young lady, arranging for 4 individuals to get initials at 8 o'clock. Upon arrival at 8, despite others being attended to, nobody acknowledged us, and they eventually retreated to the back. My spouse and I waited, perusing books until a young lady emerged looking perplexed, inquiring if she could assist. I mentioned my sister's call to make an appointment, to which she responded that appointments cannot be made over the phone. I relayed our requests, and she mentioned she needed to check if the artist could accommodate us since he was occupied with someone else and closing soon. I questioned why this information wasn't conveyed during our multiple calls; she admitted she should have and nonchalantly went to the back. Returning 10 minutes later, she conveyed that the artist declined to proceed as they were about to close, suggesting I make an appointment instead. I declined due to the poor customer service, apparent lack of concern, and the considerable distance we traveled; I will not be returning.**
**Absolutely delightful to collaborate with! Went the extra mile to bring my vision to life! Will certainly be back. ❤️**
