My first visit here was truly delightful. I was absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. I've tried a few other nail salons in this vicinity, but none can match the level of service, professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy of this one. I've been on the lookout for a nail salon that encompasses all these qualities, and I've found it. This will now be my go-to salon for all my nail needs. Despite my initial reservations based on previous reviews, today's experience has completely won me over. It seems they have made significant improvements and are now delivering exceptional service because I have no complaints. While most salons charge extra for card transactions (which really shouldn't be a point of contention), they were so considerate and even provided me with a coupon for my next visit. I will definitely return and recommend this salon to all my friends and family. I am quite selective and tend to be critical of things, but I couldn't find a single thing to complain about here. Thank you for making this experience seamless and enjoyable. I am in love with my nails!
They are truly amazing. They excel in their work and are incredibly kind and pleasant. I highly suggest this establishment.
I visited for a manicure and pedicure. One of the technicians was impolite and seemed to be rushing through the service. She even requested payment upfront before applying the clear coat on my nails, as if I would try to evade payment. I also observed that they are operating in a predominantly African American neighborhood and do not show proper respect to their clientele.
