I've been a customer since the salon opened. Tiffany is skilled but can be a bit moody at times; aside from that, the service is excellent.

This establishment is absolutely dreadful for manicures. It's advisable to stay home and not squander your funds here. The individuals working there lack competence in their craft. Furthermore, the premises are far from being clean or properly sanitized. I am perplexed as to who is being compensated for the positive reviews, as this establishment is abysmal. If it were possible, I would rate them a zero. Their lack of expertise is evident, which perhaps explains why the clientele is scarce.

My first visit here was truly delightful. I was absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. I've tried a few other nail salons in this vicinity, but none can match the level of service, professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy of this one. I've been on the lookout for a nail salon that encompasses all these qualities, and I've found it. This will now be my go-to salon for all my nail needs. Despite my initial reservations based on previous reviews, today's experience has completely won me over. It seems they have made significant improvements and are now delivering exceptional service because I have no complaints. While most salons charge extra for card transactions (which really shouldn't be a point of contention), they were so considerate and even provided me with a coupon for my next visit. I will definitely return and recommend this salon to all my friends and family. I am quite selective and tend to be critical of things, but I couldn't find a single thing to complain about here.
