My initial visit here exceeded expectations. Despite being an hour late for my appointment, Rooster accommodated me exceptionally well. I required extensive work and she explained all the possibilities given my tardiness. I showed her a reference image, and she executed the entire process flawlessly. She maintained a sweet, polite, and positive demeanor throughout. Encountering someone truly passionate and dedicated to their craft is rare. While I am not a resident of Florence, KY, I know that if I am ever in the vicinity, I will make it a point to visit Mane Ave to see #RoosterTheRockstar!
Kaitlyn executed a fantastic job! Color and full highlights completed in under 3 hours, despite my voluminous hair. Extremely courteous and ensured my satisfaction with the outcome. I will definitely return here.
I visited today seeking a brown copper hue as my hair is already dark and I desired a fresh look. The salon was pleasant and I felt comfortable during the procedure, however, the final outcome did not align with my expectations. I left with a darker reddish tint and was charged an additional $40 for "extra color or lighter" as noted on my receipt. The stylist did not mention until the very end that bleach was unnecessary as she couldn't lighten my dark hair. I felt compelled to pay, she should have communicated this at the beginning so I could have sought services elsewhere. While I appreciate her expertise, we did not achieve the desired results. I chose to pay the full price without argument, but I was disappointed. I hope this issue can be addressed. Below, I will outline my desired outcome alongside the actual results.
