In search of a new local nail salon following my technician's relocation, I stumbled upon this gem! I cannot praise this establishment enough. Kim, the technician I work with, is exceptional! She works efficiently and produces top-notch results. Both Kim and her colleague consistently deliver excellent service. This is, by far, the best local nail salon I have encountered.
I was in need of a full set and the technician who attended to me was terrible. She was distracted by a YouTube show while working, resulting in a poorly shaped and flat outcome. When I pointed out the issues, she hastily told me to wash my hands, claiming the job was done. Dissatisfied with the thickness and rough texture, I expressed my concerns, which only seemed to irritate her further. I left feeling frustrated and vow never to return.
I rarely leave feedback, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this establishment. The customer service here is abysmal, having visited twice. The staff rush through the process and display rudeness towards patrons. On both visits, my nails were overly bulky, and when I raised concerns, they responded with yelling and disrespect. On one occasion, a staff member even cut me without addressing it properly, despite my reminders. Their lack of sanitation is also concerning. I strongly advise against patronizing this place; it should be closed down.
