I lost track after 5 instances of the elderly lady washing and rinsing my hair. The following day, my scalp was so tender it felt like I had been struck with a bat. The haircut I received was not what I requested and was approximately 4 inches shorter than I had initially asked for. The owner (Maria) had a dreadful attitude.
I have frequented Dominican salons my entire life. My hair is not difficult to manage, yet I felt scrutinized and dismissed as if they did not want to style my hair. I did not feel welcomed.
5 star service for my spouse and me. She enjoyed a manicure and pedicure. I only had a manicure, but I plan to return soon for a pedicure. My spouse is quite discerning, and she was genuinely pleased. They even conversed with us in Spanish! We both enjoy expanding our knowledge! The ladies were exceptionally kind and skilled!
