I had my nails done at this salon for the second time, and unfortunately, it was a worse experience than before. The gel nails I got last time didn't last long, but I decided to try again. I made an appointment but had to wait over 40 minutes when I arrived. The service felt rushed, and once again, my gel nails didn't even last a week. I'm very disappointed and won't be coming back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Staying at a nearby hotel, I had time for a pedicure. I was impressed with the pedicure and the foot and shoulder massage. I left and forgot my wedding rings and my great aunt's ring. The next day at 6 am, as we were about to leave, I realized my mistake. Luckily, the salon was open on Sunday! I got there when they opened, and Emmie remembered me and had found and kept my rings safe. I was so lucky. The salon is great, and the people are honest and genuine. I'll always be grateful for their honesty. Heading to our vacation spot, I wanted to say thank you again.
I didn't enjoy my manicure experience at all. It was clear from the start that they didn't properly clean their tools as there was visible nail dust and residue. The person doing my nails was working under someone else's license, which was concerning. The manicure felt rushed and poorly done. When she offered a massage for an extra charge, she barely did it for less than a minute. I've given this place multiple chances, but they keep disappointing me. For a more consistent nail salon experience, I recommend going to Rose's.
