This establishment is managed like a Macy's. I'm utterly perplexed. No one seems to have a clue. Service is subpar. There's a lack of concern. It's ironic, given the high-end brands here. I suggest shopping elsewhere. Avoid this Neiman, it's unlike any other. The salespeople lack knowledge about products or store policies. I feel deceived and disrespected. I won't return.
Neiman Marcus in the Galleria at Tysons, McLean VA is a high-end luxury fashion department store. The store is massive! The men's section is organized by featured designer brands, styles, and details like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sam Taylor at the Chanel section, and I must say, he was absolutely amazing! His warm and attentive approach made the shopping experience truly delightful. I departed the store thrilled with my purchase and grateful for the outstanding service. Sam is a valuable addition to the store, and I highly recommend seeking him out for any fashion needs!
