I had high hopes for my visit to this nail salon, seeking relaxation, but sadly, it will be my first and last time here. I strongly advise against coming to this establishment; in fact, I urge everyone to reconsider before stepping foot in this place. The services were of poor quality, communication was lacking, and there was absolutely no crisis management in place.
During my appointment, the nail technician accidentally cut my finger, causing it to bleed. Instead of addressing the issue, she attempted to cover it up by applying a red manicure color to blend with the blood! When I insisted she clean the wound, she ignored my request. As I tried to take a photo of my injured finger, she forcibly took my phone from my hand to prevent me from documenting the situation.
My experience was absolutely dreadful. What was meant to be a relaxing time turned into a painful ordeal. I have been a patron here since early 2022 and have always been content. I see Joy for laser hair removal(and there was a lot) and she has always been mindful of any pain I feel and collaborates with me to alleviate those issues. She has become like one of my kin. She always engages in polite and timely conversation and if I start recounting something, she will promptly jump in and remind me that I shared that previously and conclude the narrative for me, even if it was from 2 years ago. She even inquires about my kin, not by name, but knows general information about them. Just moved to the region and discovered I could reserve this spot online so I decided to give them a shot. Let me just say, the team was exceptionally friendly and inviting. I booked with Alex for a gel pedicure and full set and she absolutely nailed it. She was so kind and patient and puts a ton of effort into her craft. I was thrilled with my nails I couldn’t stop admiring them when I got back! I will definitely be returning and they also have a loyalty program when you visit. Highly recommended.About

The service here has been on a decline lately. I phoned on a Sunday and was informed that no slots were free. Fair enough! But the girl on the line just hung up abruptly.
I called the next weekend in the morning to secure an appointment this time.
My partner and I visited, and the same non-American girl who had answered last weekend led me to my spot.
She placed a very dirty towel (photo attached) in front of me, which was a HUGE turn-off. The worst part was, she just walked off. At that moment, I knew my partner and I wouldn't return, so I didn't bother.
Iris has been the one doing my nails. The instant she noticed the towel, she swapped it out and even showed it to the other person working on someone else's nails. I could sense their embarrassment.
