I had a terrible experience at this salon for eyebrow threading. It was my first time trying this service, and it was excruciatingly painful. The staff didn't seem to care about the wounds left on my skin after the session, and now I have scars that have not healed after three days.
I had a horrible time here. This place is the worst, and the owner should really focus on training their employees in customer service and eyebrow techniques. I would rather go to a different establishment for my eyebrow needs. My experience here was disappointing, especially when I needed them done for a special occasion.
My first visit here for eyebrow threading did not go well. I usually prefer a natural look for my brows, but the technician completely changed the shape and thinned out one side without my consent. Despite my feedback, she didn't seem to understand or listen. I left without completing the service and would not recommend this place without providing very clear instructions.
